Small, family run hotel on pedestrianised main street of Wernigerode. Hotel is in a traditional half-timber building, but the interior has been recently renovated. Room and bathroom were large and bed was comfortable. Good choice for breakfast and staff were helpful and efficient. Wifi and everything else worked. The room faced away from the street, so it was quiet.
Beautiful building and room, the decor is well considered, quirky and tasteful. The room had a view of the castle! It was just wonderful. We had a great time.
accommodation beautiful, clean, newly renovated. great staff, helpful, kind... beautiful historic town, great trip to Brocken mountain by steam train... and as a bonus the city music festival... really great stay. thank you
